Hey Everyone,

It’s been awhile since I’ve written anything.  I know Eric did a video while he was in the hospital this past weekend getting what we’ve been referring to as “insurance chemo.”   Don’t worry guys, he didn’t get in TOO much trouble for videotaping me while I was sleeping and plastering it on the internet J

We honestly both left that weekend saying even though it was spent in the hospital, we had a pretty good weekend.  Eric and I pushed my cot, straight up to his bed, and made one ginormous bed so we spent the weekend cuddling and watching movies and football.  It was like our own little mini vacation, except he was getting poked with needles.  He handled the chemo like a champ.

It sounds like the first full week in November is when he will be going in for his transplant.  I don’t know much more other than that.  He currently is back home, and we will be keeping a close eye on him until then.  We are meeting with the transplant coordinator so she can tell us (mostly me, this is my first time seeing all of this happen) what to expect.

I want to say thank you to everyone who sent us gift cards.  The gas cards, and the visa cards have been very very very useful, and continue to be.  Eric and I are very blessed to have such a great support team out there.  Each one of you is truly amazing.

Cari
