• Created in honor of Eric McLean, the Leukemia Ironman Fundraiser for Eric (L.I.F.E.) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to cancer survivorship by providing assistance to cancer patients in need, scholarship programs, and donating to cancer research laboratories. We will help draw awareness and contribute towards finding more effective treatments, and one day, a cure.

Motorcycle ride in memory of Chris Sauer this Saturday, proceeds will be donated to LIFE

Chris Sauer Memorial Motorcycle Ride

This Saturday August 8, 2009 there will be a Motorcycle ride in memory of Chris Sauer, a Two Rivers native whose life was tragically lost by another motorist.  All proceeds from the will be donated to LIFE  The ride will begin at the Crow Bar in Mishicot, WI at 12pm, and the Rod Schuer band to follow at 6pm.  If Eric is well enough, he will be there.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  :)

A few rumors were starting to spread around and phone calls were coming in that firiends of mine had seen me and my website on a billboard!  It is located on Hwy 41 in Green Bay between Scheuring Road and Oneida Street.  Since I've been in the hospital I haven't had to the chance to go take a look...but here it is!

Many thanks to Kevin Leurquin for making this happen!  Not only that, but Kevin also has connections with the Green Bay Packers.  Well, just a few days ago I received a whole box filled wilth Green Bay Packer Merchandise.   Autographed football, an Aaron Rodgers signed get well card, pictures, etc....
